This Month

First, repeat after me. The summer is not over. Yet.

Winter is too long to not take advantage of every mild day we have left. Yes there are still chores, but steal 15 minutes each day to just sit in your garden and let your senses absorb what surrounds you. Breathe and sigh happily.

After you’ve allowed yourself this little indulgence, here’s a partial list of what needs to get done: Seed collecting, taking cuttings of tender plants to winter over indoors, dividing, transplanting many perennials, especially early spring bloomers. Weeding. Updating Containers for Fall....
