Quite scarce in cuiltivation, this handsome Hornbeam is a lovely small tree, to 30’, yet lends itself to bonsai cultivation. It has small oval green serrated leaves and long drooping keys tinted red. Striped patterning of the bark adds winter interest. 2-3’ plants for spring shipping.
