Description
For those who have only grown the tall and gawky ‘Zwartkopf’, consider Aeonium ‘Blushing Beauty’ for its well branched form of lovely olive large rosettes of spatulate leaves, which take on warm red tones in cooler temperatures. Aeonium are grown as shrubs where they are outdoor hardy, but for those of us who cultivate them in containers, they are useful additions for large mixed succulent planters, or to grow as an individual specimen. Over time it can reach 3′ x 3′ proportions, but we seem to be able to keep it within the 1-2′ range.
