Description
The genus name is still up for discussion, (is it Solidago or Oligoneuron?). We’ll call it as we see it while the taxonomists are deciding, but know the common name is Prairie Aster. This very cheerful front of the border plant attracts a myriad of pollinators in the August garden, with multitudes of cream centered white daisies on 15″ stems above rosettes of clean narrow green foliage. Plants thrive in lean dry soil.
