Description
The durable and lovely White False Indigo is one of the first perennials to take off in the spring, blooming in late May snd early June with 3-4′ stems of white lupine like flowers. Baptisia are prairie natives and work in the wild garden as well more formal plantings. They have a deep taproot and need well drained soil to prosper. Deer resistant and attractive to pollinators.
