Description
This gorgeous and easy to grow Heirloom Begonia has been in cultivation since 1887, but is now relatively hard to find. Kidney shaped and somewhat crinkled dark olive green leaves have a red reverse. Red tinted stems bear clusters of pink flowers throughout the summer season. It has a shrublike habit and can get to be 2-3′ or more if you keep it long enough. (We came by our original plant 25+ years ago.)
