Description
aka Tradescantia navicularis. This teensy Spiderwort relative has gray green slightly felted leaves which overlap zigzag fashion along its short stems. Plants are under an inch in height, and occasionally, very small lavender pink flowers appear. If grown very lean it will appear tight as seen here, (that’s a 4″ pot, for scale). If you over-fertilize Callisia navicularis, it will not be as attractive.
