Description
Myriads of tiny dainty shell pink fairy wings with darker corollas, are held on wiry 12″ stems in early-mid spring, quickly forming clumps 2′ across. Hybridizer Robin White selected this distinctive cross of Epimedium leptorrhizum and Epimedium pubescens. Deer resistant, ‘Pink Elf’ prefers well drained soil and is tolerant of dry shade, although it will be happier with occasional irrigating.
