Description
‘Fiesta’ is a small shrub with a compact habit, growing slowly to 2-3′ tall, with typical bright yellow flowers heralding spring, but what makes it garden worthy is its handsome leaves with yellow veining, a remarkable trait as Forsythia are not usually admired for their foliage. It’s a perfect long season shrub for the smaller garden. Deer resistant, and according to the Missouri Botanical Gardens’ plant database, tolerant of growing near Black Walnuts.
