Description
The golden yellow form of Japanese Forest Grass brightens up any shady garden. Slowly expanding clumps grow to 12-18″ tall, with slender blades that grow upright and then cascade as the season progresses. Grow in a soil that is well drained but that receives adequate moisture during the growing season. Use as a foil for darker shades of green and gold variegated Hosta. Deer resistant, but watch out for bunnies nibbling the new shoots in the spring.
