Description
Gold and green variegated form of Japanese Forest Grass brightens up any shady garden, and can take some sun if the soil is not hot and dry. Slowly expanding clumps grow to 12-18″ tall with slender blades that grow upright and then cascade as the season progresses. Grow in a soil that is well drained but that receives adequate moisture during the growing season. Deer resistant, but watch out for bunnies nibbling the new shoots in the spring.
