Description
A beautiful and rare umbellifer native to the rocky slopes along the Columbia River in Washington and Oregon. Silvery green lacy foliage give rise to 12-30″ stems bearing corymbs of pink flowers in spring. Probably happiest cultivated in a scree type setting in a rockery. Plants develop a tap root, and enjoy moisture in the winter and drier conditions in summer. Make take several years to flower.
