Oxalis triangularis

Description

Purple Shamrock is a very useful plant for container gardening, adding a dark purple that brings visual contrast to planting schemes. It is almost hardy for us (zone 7) and the small corms it grows from can be dug and stored from year to year. White flowers appear, but we almost wish they didn’t. Plants grow 8-12″ tall and spread. Multiple corms per pot.

Exposure: Part Shade/Shade
