Description
Wild Quinine is a gorgeous native perennial with attractive foliage and sturdy stems bearing clusters of creamy white flowers in summer that are attractive to many pollinators, plus it makes lovely cut flowers. Plants prefer good drainage as it haas a deep taproot, but appreciates watering in dry spells. Parthenium generally grows 30-48″ tall. It combines well with so many plants but a nice grouping to try is with any of the Coneflowers (Echinacea), Blazing Stars (Liatris) and Vervain (Verbena).
