Description
How hardy is this Plectranthus you might ask? To zone 6a, is the answer. Formerly known as Rabdosia and Isodon, but what’s in a name? We saw this at Blithewold Gardens still blooming in October, and knew we needed to grow it! Blue tubular flowers on arching 2-3′ stems begin in September. It seems to love dappled shade, but we’re also trying it in a more sunny spot. We’ll report back if that was a mistake.
Exposure: Part Shade
Zones: 6a-9
