Description
A form of native Western Coneflower, ‘Green Wizard’ is a curious species, with prominent upright dark cones, and green sepals instead of petals at the bottom of the cone (the rays are absent). This Rudbeckia is not as drought tolerant as other species, but does fine in average conditions. Flowering stems are in the 2-3′ range and are sought out by floral designers.
