Description
AVAILABLE IN MID MAY. A form of native Western Coneflower, ‘Green Wizard’ is a curious species, with prominent upright dark cones, and green sepals instead of petals at the bottom of the cone (the rays are absent) . This Rudbeckia is not as drought tolerant as other species, but does fine in average conditions. Flowering stems are in the 2-3′ range and are sought about by floral designers.
