Description
Black Pussy Willow. Almost black catkins adorn the branches in late winter and early spring. The tiny yellow flowers that emerge as the cartkins develop are earliest pollen sources for foraging bees and other early pollinators. Willows are useful plants for wet soils. This form grows 10-12′ tall and wide.
